Jugaad Bread Pizza

Hello beautiful Homemakers, today I am going to share a very easy and quick recipe which requires ingredients of your choices... It's Jugaad Bread Pizza... The name Jugaad fits best for this recipe.. 
It's so because this recipe ingredients are not fixed as you can add as many veggies as you want... 
This is basically a paste of semolina and home made malai (cream) mixed with spices and veggies which is then applied to bread and cooked till lil crispy... 
I have prepared this with very less ingredients as available in my kitchen during lockdown... 
During lockdown, when you can't go out and crave for something cheesy and tasty snack with very little efforts, then you can prepare this recipe and enjoy your quarantine life....

Here goes the recipe:

Ingredients:

1. Bread - 4 slices
2. Semolina /Sooji - 3 tbspn
3. Homemade Malai /Cream - 3 tbspn
4. Finely chopped Onions - 1 tbspn
5. De seeded and finely chopped tomatoes - 1 tbspn
6. Finely chopped Carrots - 1 tbspn
7. Finely chopped Capsicum - 1 tbspn
8. Other veggies or Corn (as per your choice) 
9. Salt - to taste
10. Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tspn
11. Red chilli flakes - 1/2 tspn
12. Grated cheese - 1 tbspn for mixture and some kept aside to garnish. 
13. Oregano - 1 tspn
14. Butter - To cook
15. Finely chopped Green Chillies - 1 tspn
16. Tomato sauce /Chilli Sauce - optional

Method:

1. Take all ingredients (except bread, sauce and butter) in a bowl. 
2. Mix it well to form smooth texture. 
3. The mixture should not be very thick or runny .If it's runny, then add more semolina.
4. Keep it aside for 15 minutes. 
5. Now apply sauce of your choice on one side of bread. 
6. After that put the prepared mixture on the same side of bread and apply generously. 
7. Prepare other bread also. 
8. Now heat tawa and put the mixture side on tawa. 
9. Apply butter on upper side of breads. 
10. Cook on medium flame till it turns light brown and flip it to cook from other side also. 
11. Now switch off the flame and put the bread pizza on plate. 
12. After that garnish it with grated cheese and serve. 

Notes:
1. You may skip chillies and chilly flakes. 
2. More variety of veggies can be added for healthier version.
